About

Built out of the comments section.

ListedReel didn't start from a market-size slide. It started from reading what agents and photographers were actually posting under every AI video demo — and finding the same four complaints, over and over.

What we decided

Four complaints, four commitments.

Each of these is a constraint we designed around rather than a feature we added later. They're also the four places where we're most different from everything else in the category.

Flat pricing, no credits

The loudest complaint in this category is credit burn — money spent on generations that didn't work out. Our plans are a number of finished videos per month. You cannot run out mid-video, and a failed clip is our cost, not yours.

A free tier that isn't a trial

Every tool in this space quietly killed its free tier or replaced it with a seven-day countdown and a card on file. One real video per account, no card, kept forever. It costs us money and it's the point.

Zero steps, not fewer steps

The workflow people describe is generating ten clips one at a time and stitching them in an editor. Halving that isn't the fix. Auto mode has no review step because the finished film is the product, not a project file.

Say what isn't built

Manual mode and per-clip reshoots are in development, not shipped, and the site says so on every page that mentions them. There's no vertical output, no narration and no music, and we'd rather lose the search term than fake the feature.

The one that shaped the product

“It generated a completely different house.”

That comment, in various wordings, is under every demo video in this category. It's the reason most of our engineering went into gates and audits rather than filters and templates — and the reason the film sometimes comes back shorter than it could have been.

A property video is marketing you are professionally attached to. If it shows a room that doesn't exist, the problem isn't that the AI was creative. Here's exactly how we stop it.

Scope

What we're deliberately not building.

  • AI presenters and avatars — nobody asked us to put a synthetic person in their listing
  • Vertical-only social clips — one landscape master, done properly
  • A credit meter of any kind
  • Anything that works by scraping listing photos out of a portal
