Terms of service

ListedReel turns real estate listing photos you upload into generated walkthrough videos. Plans are a flat number of finished videos per period, as described on the pricing page; the free tier is one video per account, ever.

You must own the photos you upload or hold a license that covers this use. Listing photos usually belong to the photographer or the agent who commissioned them — do not upload photos scraped from listing portals that are not yours. You are responsible for complying with your MLS and board rules when publishing a generated video.

We may suspend accounts that upload content they have no rights to, or unlawful content of any kind.

You own the videos we generate for you and can use them anywhere, including commercially. Free-tier and Pro videos carry a small ListedReel watermark; Max replaces it with your logo.

Videos are AI-generated from your photos. Our pipeline checks clips against your source photos, but generated video can contain imperfections — review your video before publishing it, the same as you would any marketing asset.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your plan page; you keep your plan's features until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to free. Unused videos do not roll over.

If a video run fails before we spend anything generating it, the video credit is automatically returned to your balance.

No reselling generated capacity, no automated scraping of the service, no attempting to bypass quotas, and no using the service to misrepresent a property — the point of the product is showing the real house.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
