For luxury specialists

Cinematic enough for the listing, accurate enough to publish.

At the top of the market the photography is already exceptional and the seller is already sceptical of anything automated. The bar isn't 'made a video' — it's whether the film flatters the house without misrepresenting it. That's a fidelity problem before it's a creative one.

The honest version

The film has to survive a seller who knows their own house better than anyone.

What gets in the way

  • Luxury sellers expect production value that a slideshow doesn't fake
  • AI video that hallucinates a room is a misrepresentation problem, not just an embarrassing one
  • Production budgets and schedules don't fit a listing that goes live this week
  • Generic templates flatten the exact details the property is priced on

What ListedReel does about it

  • A planned film, not a template: the pipeline reads the house first, casts every photo to a role, and cuts the rooms in the order a buyer would walk them
  • Every clip's camera is checked back against your photos — a clip that wandered gets reshot on a locked recipe before delivery
  • 48fps output at 1792×1152, so motion holds up on a large screen instead of stuttering
  • The pipeline reads the house first and casts the shots to it, so the hero moves land on what's actually worth showing
  • Your logo as the watermark and a branded end slide on Max

How it works

Photos in. Film out. That's the whole workflow.

Auto mode has no review step and no settings — which is why it takes minutes instead of an evening.

No second appointment, no drone crew, no scheduling the videographer around the sellers. The listing shoot is the input.

Shot list, camera moves, fidelity checks and the edit happen without you. There is nothing to learn and nothing to prompt.

At a flat price per video the $350k listing gets the same treatment as the $3M one — and it's ready before the listing goes live.

Questions from luxury listings

Will it invent features the property doesn't have?

That's the failure the whole pipeline is built against. Every clip starts from one of your photos with a deliberately contained camera move, and the audit stage matches its end frame back into that photo — a camera that travelled somewhere that isn't the house gets the clip reshot on a locked recipe rather than shipped.

How long is the finished film?

Roughly 20–30 seconds depending on how much house there is to show. It's cut with intent — the strongest rooms lead, in the order a buyer would walk them — rather than a fixed-length template padded to fill time.

Can I direct the shots myself?

Not today. Every plan currently runs auto mode, where the pipeline plans and shoots without a review step. A manual mode — preview each clip as a draft and reshoot the ones you want — is in development for Pro and Max, and we'll say it's live when it's live.
